Kenietha’s Hair Weave Method (3 Tracks)
ByThis is how I do my hair extentions. Using this method i’m able to wear my hair in high ponytails, tightly pulled back, and half up and down without my weave being found out.

How many cornrows did you end up with in the end..
and what kind of hair did you use.
I like it very much, good job

if you see part two u’ll see that i repeat this step two more times: once at the top and again between the two. it normally only takes about half a pack of hair. in this video the hair looks hella bad because i was trying to reuse some beverly mitchel. the hair is decent, and normally costs about $20-$25 per pack.

umm.. so was it next to the track or did you have a layer of hair then do the next corn row?
I think this is one of the best methods I have seen so far..
Thanks for posting this..

where i parted the hair at the top is where i started another cornrow (towards the center like the first 1) then i sewed a track on2 there. then i made a cornrow centered inbetween the top and the bottom track &sewed a weft onto that 1 & i was done. u can razor cut a lil at the ends but its normally not needed because it should already give a lil layer look at the ends. i mite do a small revision vid so ppl can get a better look. do u think that would help or should i just do extra commentary?

i think that just a view of the tracks would be very helpful. i would really like to try your method.
I have lots of hair though. i guess i could use 2 sets instead of 3.

in my opinion, my hair stays best when braided down and sewn across. check out my partial weave tutorial on my channel and you’ll see what i’m talking about.

ok so i found the first part, which is this & i now understand what you did to prepare for the 2nd part! you’ll probably hear from me soon for advice! one question though- is it real important that the cain-roll is striaght? not that good in cain-rolling in my own hair!
July 28th, 2009 at 8:58 pm
no its not that important that the corn roll is perfect. you’ll get better as you get used to do it but try to get it as str8 as you can so that you dont have to cut ur hair even but if the braid doesn’t look perfect, its okay

How can I use this bethod with long curly hair? It seems I would have too much of my shorter straight hair left out at the front.
December 22nd, 2009 at 10:03 am
if you have relaxed hair and want to wear a curly weave, i’d recommend a full weave or if its just a romance or body curl, then check out my partial weave tutorial

you’re awesome for this. is there any way to have colored weave just on the top of your head without having to dye your roots or anything? my hair damages bad so i can’t dye.

I happened upon your blog by accident but I have to say I’ve really enjoyed what I’ve seen so far. Keep up the good work!
