I ordered mine on MARCH 5th , meanwhile i started watching more videos and saw that sometimes the hair will fall out, so i message her and she reply saying that they triple sew the hair and the clips.. that was last week.
So about 2 days ago i sent her another message, because is gonna be almost a month and i still dont have the extensions,, i just hope she replies to this one as well.. : /

I got the $80 ones from sally’s. They are thin. I wish I had seen this before I bought them..

I ordered some too but still no conformation email or anything. I ordered over a month ago, i tried to send her an email and mine wouldnt even go through, it said the email couldnt be delievered. I was so excited, i kinda still am. I just with everything would work out with this.

I would not recommend buying from this company. I emailed the lady Shannon 5 days ago to find out the status of my order since it has been 3 weeks and she has not replied. As I looked more into this company I came across a lot of negative reviews as far as their customer service. There is no contact info on their website other than reaching them thru email which doesn’t help. They also do not provide you with a order number which I think is very strange.

All of you are complaining about not getting your extinctions in. That is why you go to the store and buy them! So you do not have to wait. And to “AngieABC1.” There are not a lot of bad reviews really. You must be going to a different website. That store has the best hair deals you can find. Gabrielatasaico if the hair on the extinctions are falling out then they are synthetic hair.

i just baught some extensions n i saw this video, which made me geet more excited and they’re the same length so yay i cant wait to they arrive

@ekko509 I have to dissagree with you- I talked to Shannon a couple of TIMES and she told me It takes 10days From the day you put in the order. CUZZ they are Custom made-and that takes awhile. Be patient You will love when you acctually get them!!

i dont know what people are talking about? i ordered my extensions last week and emailed shannon asking when they would come and she was super nice and so sweet and told me they would ship them out by the end of the week, and they did!! i got an email from paypal saying my package is on its way. im super excited. and idk why there are so many negative reviews. the customer service is great! =]]

so i went to the website but when i tried to find the actual hair extensions to order i couldn’t find it… like it just linked me to other websites?!?!!?!! wtf?! can someone explain this to me?!?!!
